At Storm Tactical, we stand behind the quality of our gear.

Change-of-mind returns

You may return an unused item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition, with all packaging, labels and accessories included.

For hygiene reasons, drinkware can only be returned if it is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Incorrect, damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Where an item is defective, Storm Tactical will arrange a suitable remedy in line with South African consumer law, which may include a repair, replacement or refund. Defective goods may be returned within six months of delivery, subject to inspection.

This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised alterations, improper care, or damage caused by using a product outside its intended purpose.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
